Casa Cove began as a study in warm, layered architecture — terracotta roofs, sun-worn stucco, and pops of teal tucked into a coastal village silhouette. The early concept explores how a playhouse can feel like a real place, with arched doorways, shuttered windows, and rooflines that overlap to suggest a whole little neighborhood rather than a single structure.
